1. Information we collect

• Email address and name. Collected when you opt in to receive your IQ Score results or subscribe to our newsletter. Providing your name is optional; an email address is required to deliver results and emails.
• General quiz responses. The IQ Score quiz records the general, non-financial category answers you select (for example, risk comfort). It never asks for dollar amounts, balances, or income.
• Usage and analytics data. Like most websites, we collect standard technical data — pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and referring source — through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics. See our Cookie Policy for details.
• Billing information. If you subscribe, payment is processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card number on our systems.

2. How we use your information

• To deliver your IQ Score results and the educational content you request;
• To send newsletters and educational emails you have opted in to receive;
• To operate, maintain, and improve the website and its content;
• To administer subscriptions and process payments; and
• To comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud or abuse.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Service providers we share with

We share limited information with trusted providers only as needed to operate the Service:

• Email provider — Kit (formerly ConvertKit). Stores your email address and name to deliver IQ Score results and newsletters.
• Analytics — Google. Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics process usage data to help us understand how the site is used.
• Payment processor. Processes subscription payments securely; we receive confirmation and limited transaction details, not full card data.

Each provider handles your data under its own privacy policy.

4. Cookies

5. Your rights and choices

• Access. Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Deletion. Request that we delete your personal information, subject to legal retention obligations.
• Unsubscribe. Opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, or by contacting us.

6. Data retention

We retain your information only as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate business or legal purposes. If you unsubscribe or request deletion, we remove your personal information from active systems within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.
